Return & Refund Policy – VELMORA PARIS

At VELMORA PARIS, every product is carefully checked before dispatch. We accept returns only in case the product received is damaged, defective, or wrong.

7-Day Return Policy

Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery only if:

  1. The product is damaged or defective.
  2. The wrong product, wrong size, or wrong color was delivered.
  3. The product is different from what was ordered.

We do not accept returns for size issues, change of mind, dislike of product, or after the product has been used.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • Original tags, packaging, and bill/order details must be available.
  • Customer must share clear photos/videos of the issue.
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product is used, washed, damaged by customer, or altered.
  • Tags or original packaging are missing.
  • Return request is made after 7 days.
  • Customer ordered the wrong size or changed their mind.
  • Minor color difference occurs due to screen/display settings.

Refund / Replacement Process

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will offer:

  • Replacement if the same product is available.
  • Refund if replacement is not available.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, UPI, or bank account, depending on the order payment mode.

Refund Timeline

Once the return is approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Bank or payment gateway delays may take extra time.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For COD orders, refunds will be sent through UPI or bank transfer after return approval. Customer must provide correct payment details.

How to Request a Return

To raise a return request, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Name and phone number
  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged or wrong product
  • Reason for return
